After your complete on-line registration, a reply e-mail will be sent to your registered e-mail address automatically along with a pro-forma invoice with payment instruction. If you do not receive it within 24 hours, please contact the Technical Secretariat at office@okean.rs
Please, introduce the Name, Surname, Company/Institution, City, Country as you want it to appear on the name Badge.
A final invoice will be sent after the event. Please review it carefully and take note of your registration number. This number will be requested for any change or check.

Na osnovu Predračuna koji ćete automatski dobiti nakon popunjavanja ove prijave, kotizaciju može platiti Vaša institucija ili to može učiniti sponzor. Ukoliko kotizaciju plaća institucija, molimo Vas izaberite ovu opciju samo ako ste sigurni da ona nije NIJE KORISNIK JAVNIH SREDSTAVA.

Ukoliko se podaci za fakturisanje razlikuju od podataka unetih pod “Participant Information”, molimo da unesete podatke za fakturisanje:


Nakon popunjavanja podataka u obrascu ispod, dobićete automatski generisan predračun kojim možete platiti kotizaciju. Kada primi Vašu prijavu, Organizator će u roku od 24 sata kreirati Račun kroz sistem eFaktura.

Payment method

Bank Transfer: No personal check will be accepted for any payments. All payments must be made in Euros (€), except for residents of Serbia who should pay in local currency (RSD). After submitting the form, an invoice with detailed instruction for payment by bank transfer will be automatically generated and sent to you via email. All charges and fees associated with the bank transfer are to be covered by the payee. All bank charges are paid by the registrants and should not be deducted from the total amount remitted. The total amount must be received in full, sharing bank charges is not accepted. If received amount is less, difference will be compensated on site at the registration desk in cash.

Registration Cancellation Policy

We understand that cancellations are sometimes necessary. Delegates may receive a refund less 50€ processing fee for cancellation.

If you have to cancel your participation and would like to be refunded, please send by e-mail a written request to office@okean.rs

Refunds will be issued after the event. Bank charges will be deducted from the refund. Refunds will be paid in Euros.

OKEAN Organisers will not be responsible for any losses incurred by attendees, including (but not limited to) airline cancellation charges or hotel deposits.

By registering, you agree with the cancellation policy.

The following cancellation conditions apply:

  • Cancellations received 30 days before the EVENT – full refund
  • Cancellations received 15 days before the EVENT 50% of the total registration
  • No refund will be possible if the cancellation is made 7 days before the EVENT
  • It is possible to exchange registration for different EVENT with price adjustment 15 days before the first booked EVENT
  • In case of cancellation at any stage, a bank transfer handling fee (50 EUR) will not be refunded
