OKEAN Veterinary Training System undertakes to accept any price which you quoted in the order regardless of whether the „service“ price has subsequently changed after your order has been placed.
OKEAN Veterinary Training System has the right to cancel an order by sending an e-mail with said information to the customer in case a gross error was committed at the time when the price was placed on the website, for example, if instead of RSD 10.000,00 the quoted price was RSD 100,00 and similar.
The working hours of the www.okean.rs online shop is 00-24, 7 days a week.
In case of technical problems or during regular maintenance the website might not be accessible for a short period of time which you will be informed of.
The Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior individual notice, to modify, amend, substitute, reschedule, postpone, relocate, change the format of, or cancel any aspect of the event, including but not limited to the event date, time, venue, programme content, structure, speakers, moderators, or format (including online or hybrid delivery).
The website www.okean.rs is the sole official and authoritative source of event information and updates. Any changes shall be published on the website no later than seven (7) days prior to the scheduled event date. Publication on the website shall be deemed proper and sufficient notice to all participants.
By purchasing participation, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that changes to the date, programme, speakers, venue or format do not constitute non-performance, defective performance, or incomplete service, provided that the event is held.
Such changes shall not entitle the customer to submit complaints, request refunds, claim damages, request price reductions, or cancel participation.
The Organizer shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, financial or non- material damages, including travel, accommodation, visa or other related costs.
The “confirmed order specification” means exclusively the confirmed registration and successfully completed payment for participation in the event.
It does not include specific event dates, speakers, programme details, topics, venue, timetable or promotional descriptions, all of which are subject to change.
A change of event date shall not be considered a deviation from the confirmed order specification.

Complaints regarding services may only be submitted in the following cases:
Complaints shall not be accepted in relation to date changes, speaker changes, programme modifications, venue changes, format changes, personal inability to attend, subjective dissatisfaction, or force majeure circumstances.
If a complaint is justified and no amicable resolution is reached, the Organizer’s maximum liability shall be limited exclusively to refund of the amount actually paid for participation, in accordance with the Cancellation Policy available at www.okean.rs.
No complaints shall be accepted after the event has been completed, except in cases of total non-performance attributable exclusively to the Organizer.
The Organizer shall not be liable for delay, modification, suspension or cancellation of the event due to extraordinary circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, epidemics or pandemics, government restrictions, war, civil unrest, strikes, illness or unavailability of speakers, technical failures, or venue cancellation.
In such cases, the Organizer may reschedule the event, change the venue or format, substitute speakers, or provide alternative equivalent services. Such actions shall not constitute grounds for complaint, refund or compensation.
If the event is permanently cancelled and cannot be rescheduled, the Organizer’s liability shall be strictly limited to refund of the amount actually paid. No additional costs shall be reimbursed.
OKEAN Veterinary Training System retains the right to be able to, at any time, and without any previous notification, change the data (including speakers, programmes, dates and locations of the events but not limited to) shown on any of the website’s pages.
If certain provisions of these Conditions of Use are partially or totally non-applicable or illegal, they will not influence the validity of the other provisions which shall remain in force in their entirety. Those provisions which are non-applicable or illegal will be replaced with other appropriate provisions.
You hereby agree that your rights and obligations which arise from these Conditions of Use cannot be assigned to third parties without an explicit written agreement of the OKEAN Veterinary Training System web shop.

BANK TRANSFER PAYMENT (Pro Forma Invoice with instruction will be sent to you via email)
Bank Transfer: No personal check will be accepted for any payments. All payments must be made in Euros (€), except for residents of Serbia who should pay in local currency (RSD). After submitting the form, an invoice with detailed instruction for payment by bank transfer will be automatically generated and sent to you via email. All charges and fees associated with the bank transfer are to be covered by the payee. All bank charges are paid by the registrants and should not be deducted from the total amount remitted. The total amount must be received in full, sharing bank charges is not accepted. If received amount is less, difference will be compensated on site at the registration desk in cash.
Note:
In case you fail to execute payment of the amount listed in the order within 7 days from the date when it was created, that order shall be cancelled and deleted. After the period of 7 days expires, payment will not be possible pursuant to that order, however you can create a new order and execute payment in accordance with that order. The card payment option is not available to clients in Serbia.
While paying with your bank transfer via the Internet the entry of data on the card is carried out on a protected page of the Bank, and the transfer is carried out via the Internet in a protected (encrypted) form by using the SSL protocol and the PKI system. The data on the payment card is not accessible from our system at any given moment.
