CONGREXPO d.o.o. has the right to cancel an order by sending an e-mail with said information to the customer in case a gross error was committed at the time when the price was placed on the website, for example, if instead of RSD 10.000,00 the quoted price was RSD 100,00 and similar.

To be able to order a „service“ from the range of the Internet shop www.eervc.vet you need to take the following steps:
The „services“ are organized by category which you can review. Once you find the „service“ you wish to purchase click on the button "Add to cart”. With that, you have placed the „service“ into your cart (just like in a regular shop). After that, you can continue to browse through our „service“, and you can add additional „service“ into your cart.
Once you have finished placing „services“ into your cart and wish to order them, choose the
option „Cart". On the page of the cart all „services“ are shown which you
have thus far placed into it. In the cart you can list how many pieces of a certain „service“
you wish to order or in case you have changed your mind with regards
to any of them, you can delete that „service“ from the cart.

This payment method entails that after your order has been confirmed that amount shall be reserved on your card. You can change your mind about your order up to the moment when money has been taken from your card.
All payments will be effected in Serbian currency – dinar (RSD). The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site”.
This payment method entails that once your order has been confirmed you will make payment via a money order in a bank or post office for the amount listed in the order into our account.
This payment method entails that after you confirm your order, using your e-banking account, you execute payment of the amount listed in the order. All details concerning payment will be automatically sent to your e-mail after you have confirmed your order.
n case you fail to execute payment of the amount listed in the order within 7 days from the date when it was created, that order shall be canceled and deleted. After the period of 7 days expires, payment will not be possible pursuant to that order, however you can create a new order and execute payment in accordance with that order. The card payment option is not available to clients in Serbia.
While paying with your card via the Internet the entry of data on the card is carried out on a protected page of the Bank, and the transfer is carried out via the Internet in a protected (encrypted) form by using the SSL protocol and the PKI system. The data on the payment card is not accessible from our system at any given moment.

In case the complaint of the customer with regards to the delivered service is justifiable and the seller and customer cannot agree otherwise, the customer has the right to cancel the „service“, and our shop will send you a refund. It is obligatory to list that the refund is exclusively made via VISA, EC/MC and Meaestro payment methods, which means that the bank will refund that amount following a request of the seller to the customer’s account. Complaints for „services“ can only be made in case that „service“ is incomplete or does not correspond to the specification of the order. Complaints can be made by e-mail. In case a complaint of the customer with regards to the purchased „service“ is justifiable and that the seller and customer cannot agree otherwise, the customer can cancel the „service“, while our shop will refund that amount to the customer’s current account.
